- The company was established in 1992.
- MV started its activities as a retail company by opening a store of alcohol and refreshing drinks.
- In 1993, MV undertook import and distribution of spirits.
- In 1997, the Company started importing and selling cigarettes and other tobacco products.
- In 1999, MV launched distribution of spirits of the domestic origin.
- In February 2002, the MV Group implemented a new modern accountancy and management program Microsoft Navision AXAPTA.
- In autumn 2003, MV acquired the oldest Lithuanian spirits production company Stumbras. Stumbras is a leader of Lithuanian strong alcohol beverages market.
- In 2004, MV extended the range of services, having introduced formation of alcohol assortment for customers, stock management, and order and payment collection from customers.
- In 2005 MV has opened exclusive wine and spirits shop “Gero vyno parduotuvė” in the center of Vilnius.
- In 2007 MV started distribution activities in Latvia, Estonia and Poland.
