About Us

MV is an international wholesale company operating in wine, spirit and tobacco product trade. It is the leading distributor in the Baltic Region. The company is a part of MG Baltic Holding - one of the biggest holdings in the Baltic states.

Today, the company’s portfolio consists of almost 1,500 different brands, which are supplied to over than 15 thousand free market points, more than 3 thousand HoReCa and 1.5 thousand chain stores in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Poland.

MV is not only in the business of import and distribution; it is engaged in marketing of the represented products likewise.

MV has 4 representative offices in Vilnius, Riga, Tallinn and Warsaw, and has operated in cooperation with logistic company Tromina – the enterprise owned by MG Baltic Holding (35,000 sq. m. of warehouse space). All processes of MV, such as commerce, marketing, finances, logistic and IT have been centrally controlled from its Vilnius office.

In the Baltic market MV is distinguished by its strong and versatile drinks experts' team. MV was one of the first to use the services of well-qualified wine and champagne experts, and is the sole company in the entire market employing a spirits expert. Wine and spirits experts help in portfolio formation and lookes for innovations, they also prepare educational information and tastings.

Currently MV represents in Lithuania such brands as Stumbras, Hennessy, Moet & Chandon, Metaxa, Russian Standard Vodka, CLWB (Scottish Leader, Angostura, Bunnahabhain, etc.), Campari, Cinzano, Red Bull, Antinori, Baron Philippe de Rothschild, Farnese, Bianchi, LGCF, BAT, JTI and other.

Retrospective:

1992 – company establishment

1993 – launching of import and distribution of alcohol beverages

1997 – launching of import and distribution of tobacco products

1999 – distribution of domestic spirits

2003 – acquisition of the oldest Lithuanian alcohol producer AB “Stumbras”

2005 – opening first specialized wine and spirits boutique “Gero Vyno Parduotuvė“

2007 – start of operations in Poland, Latvia and Estonia

2008 – annual sales record (197 million EUR)

2009 – 37 th position among the Lithuanian companies according to annual sales

2009 – “Most Popular alcohol supplier 2009” award

2010 – opening new most modern MV drinks boutique

2010 – 3^th position among the Lithuanian companies according to paid taxes
